Kim, I had the same problem last year and the funniest thing was...before moving here I lived in Maryland and used to scrape my windows all the time, but when it happened here...I just stopped and looked at it...wondering what I was going to do (scrapped the scraper). Maybe it was too early, but that's what I ended up doing. My reaction cracked me up.

More of the same weather-wise here. They're threatening rain, but I'll believe it when I see it.

Heat wave in west central Indiana, 23 this morning.  That's 20 degrees better than the past two mornings.

Where's the sunscreen, I'm heading to the beach?

When I moved down here I gave away 7 or 8 snow brushes/scrapers.  I have found that CD cases work better than ice scrapers in a pinch.  They are wider and you can get the job done faster. I did scrape a little today.  I had very little gas and didn't want to run my car too long for fear of running out of gas.  haha

Still cold today.
Take time to smell the roses.

Woo hoo! No snow and it is warming up. Can you say tornado in January?  :spooked:

SOSD

but just the outside part of it...Santa Ana is about 1.5 hours north of here, but is still considered SoCal.

What do you mean an ambulance? I only caught the grill on fire once last year. I didn't like those shrubs around the deck anyway. I was planning on getting rid of them . I wasn't planning on new siding for the house though.  :spooked: I was putting that off... but... well.... ya know.
