OK, it's officially a disaster!!!!! We've got 6 inches of snow today, and it's STILL SNOWING!!!! The winds a blowin' at 19 mph.  :spooked: The snow is drifted up over the tires on my car. Hubby went out to help me feed the cats tonight, and the snow in some spots was up to our knees. We tried to get some of the wild cats in the shed to no avail.  :no: They've got a spot under the deck, where they all pile on top of each other. There's a window down here, and there's a spot that has been dug out around it. So, they get in it,and layer themselves on top of each other. I've seen probably 10 in it at a time.  :yes:

This is the worst snow we've experienced, since we moved here. We've been told it can get really bad. Now, we're experiencing it for ourselves. Thank God, we didn't plan anything for tonight, or we would have been screwed LOL!!!! I hope to God we can get the truck out of the garage in the morning, I've got the early shift. Right now, there is a 2 foot tall drift in front of the garage door.  :rolleyes: GOOD TIMES!!!  :rolleyes:

I wish all this bad weather crap would stop. We've already had twice the normal precipitation in December alone.  :rolleyes: Man, I hate Winter.  :mad:

Well, it's an official snow day for Dex.  :rolleyes: I had major problems this morning. The Corolla is completely drifted in. Hubby, was going to drive me to work, and took the truck  out, to check the roads conditions. He went south, and got stuck a 1/2 mile from the house. He got it unstuck, and decide to try going north (big mistake) about a mile down the road he ditched the truck.  :spooked: He didn't get hurt Thank God,and there was no damage to the truck. It's a 4 wheel drive if you can imagine that.  :rolleyes: The road commissioner pull him out, and said he was throwing in the towel, on trying to clear the roads out here. They just keep drifting shut again defeating the purpose. The temperature is 16* and we have 20 mph. Good Times.  :rolleyes:

Something else that adds to the enjoyment of this wonderful storm, is I discovered one of the wild outside cats, has a frost bitten paw, and I can't catch it to help it. I'm sooo sick of Winter I feel like screaming.  :mad: :gha: Another added plus is we're suppose to get another inch of snow today.  :rolleyes:
