After heavy weekend snow to the north of Indianapolis, the Chicago area is under a rare blizzard watch issued by the National Weather Service.

I guess if I ever want to see snow again in any substantial quantity, I am going to have to move back to Chicago!  :icon_evil: :icon_evil: :icon_evil:

All we get here is ice and a small dusting over it. . . :rant:

I could deal with maybe 3 or 4in of snow but any more than that.... :no: Besides since we don't seem to have a mayor that gives a crap anymore we really don't need a big snow.  It would be spring before anyone got out.... :rolleyes:

I can deal with snow a lot easier than I can ice. . . And from what I'm seeing we could get some more ice unless this thing shifts further south in a real hurry!  :rant:

Well, 5 minutes ago I went out, and turned my car around in the drive way. Two minutes ago the blizzard hit, and I went out and brought Pugsly in. The snow flakes are the size of quarters. Between now (12:35) and 6:00 pm we're suppose to have up to 4 inches of snow.  :spooked: It is a super fast movin' storm. Tonight, it's gonna be worse. High winds with up to 40 mph gust!!! Might have a snow day tomorrow. Wednesday, another front is commin' through ,and we could get up to 3 more inches.  :spooked: I WANT SPRING!!!!  :mad:

I want snow myself, but it really doesn't look like that's happening anytime soon. . . (NOTE: My definition of snow starts at 12" of accumualtion).

We got about a foot of snow this weekend, and it's not likely to melt for quite some time.
