OMG, preparing is killing me already. I'm taking a break from my work out. I am so sore.....when does the pain stop and the mucles tone?

Also all these carrotts I'm nibble on instead of smoking, makes me know what a rabbit feels like.

WILL I SURVIVE THIS????????????

Yes you will! I hated working out, but after I started making myself go, I found that I loved it! I would feel so much better, and get a "high" from it. I slept better at night, too! Stick with it; you'll feel it too! (I actually stopped going for about a month now, because I haven't had the time to go before the daycare is closed for the night.)

I'm hanging..........I WILL DO THIS!!!!
YES you will...just don't over do it. That's when I get the most discouraged - because then I get off track and usually lose motivation. Unless you can reframe it & be proud of yourself for the accomplishment...pain = gain! Baby steps...you'll get there!

I'm so proud of you.

We sure are getting some good habits...and losing more weight will help me enjoy the rafting and climbing so much more.....

Are people still thinking about doing this next year?
Alan Cohen:

It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.
