Actually, I think the times we will all have, maybe including a night meditation in the mountains, the state of West Virginia is going to have to keep their eyes on us!!!!

Oh, I'm so hoping that this works out. I'm so excited. White Water rafting is a total blast and meeting you guys would be the icing on the cake. Maybe we can plan a Zone cruise after that? :biggrin: I'm laughing, but I'm serious.

Speaking of slumber parties, one of my friends had one a few years ago for NY's eve. She had a bunch of chick flicks like, "Terms of Endearment", "Steel Magnolias", etc., and we ate ..all the staples..popcorn, chocolate, pizza, ice cream and alchohol was involved. LOL It was total blast. All though typing it here I'm wondering why I thought crying, eating myself sick and tying one on was so much fun, but it was. It was just us girls.  :smile:

It's going to happen....just keep heading that direction!  And I agree...meeting you guys would be the BEST!!!

So far, I've only done one of everything two I set out to do and hav YET to practice fiddle...bad, Cookie....focus!!!

Cruise, hey?  The ultimate white water rapids adventure!!!  LOL!!!!!

I had my fill of sea duty, culminating with a rafting trip through the grand canyon. Now there's some white water for yah! :spooked: :yes:

Still doesn't hold a candle to riding out a hurricaine aboard a destroyer! Talk about blowing chunks! :spooked:

Hey, Palehorse, not so fast...so you have experience and your wife can come and you can show us all how to do this the right way...K?....I mean come on.,...it will really be fun..and we can camp in cabins...and make our reservations soon...come on....I know I 'd really like it if you'd come, too.  But, I do know that anonymity thing....still, when you have great people like Lil'Red and Magistrate and Redhaired Girl...it's cool...they don't telll.....despite the 3rd eye that stares back at them....LOL!!!!

OMG, preparing is killing me already. I'm taking a break from my work out. I am so sore.....when does the pain stop and the mucles tone?

Also all these carrotts I'm nibble on instead of smoking, makes me know what a rabbit feels like.

Yes you will, FatCat'sMom...and you'll be SO much happier next year...you just need to get through this minute by minute and day by day....hang in there.  The breathing will get better and so will the energy....

I was thinking (uh oh) . . . Cookie, could you give us some advice re: mediation.  Is there something specific that you do when you meditate or some specific things that you read beforehand, etc.?
