If prayer makes a person feel better, why do you care?  Chances are pretty good that the people who rely on prayer to make everything better would most likely be the same ones who do nothing and wait on someone else to fix the problems if they weren't praying.  So it's not hurting you...and it's not hurting them.  Let them pray.
