There has been LOTS of concern expressed claiming that since Herr Drumpf is now president he is now in violation of the 'Emoluments Clause'.

Of course he is.  Neither he nor his supporters care because they don't believe in the Constitution anyway.

I have never seen anything in my lifetime that compares to the peaceful protests we are seeing today against Drumpf.  The hatred toward this man is well deserved and it is worldwide.
