I'm talking about his trade policies, specifically vis-à-vis China, and how they could negatively impact Boeing, potentially resulting in job losses.

"Could" being the key word here.........AGAIN, let's give this guy a chance........he is a master of negotiating....that is his specialty.  Let him do his thing........I'm betting he is going to WIN...(He equals USA)

Let me ask you this?  Why is it the Stock Market is setting new records each day, since he won the election?

As I pointed out to you previously, the stock market has been setting records for years.  Is Trump responsible for that as well?

If he continues along the lines that he's talked about, you can strike the word 'could', and replace it with the word 'will.'

You still don't know why though, do you?

Trump already has a Japanese cohort who has already pledged to spend $50 billion here and to create 50,000 jobs.

You might want to do a little more research...that was pretty much a done deal already.

QuoteTrump has influenced Carrier to stay put........keeping thousands of jobs.

Thousands is it now?  Do you even know what it means to tell the truth?

I love how people like Henry always talk about what a successful businessman Trump is even while his father handed him over $200 million from which he got his start.  When you remind them of this fact, they invariably bring up how Forbes estimates his wealth now at something approaching $4 billion which just proves his business finesse.  Unfortunately for them, the truth is that had Trump simply invested that money and done nothing else...no cheating workers out of their money, no building hotels and casinos, no repeated filing of bankruptcies...just invested the money and let it grow, he'd be worth over $12 billion now.  So, yeah...successful businessman...sounds legit.

Lets give Trump a chance...I think he will be better than what we have had in the past.

Well 2000, would be thousands.........Carrier has two separate sites — the Carrier plant in Indianapolis, with 1,400 employees, and a United Technologies factory in Huntington, Ind., with 700....equals 2,000 and both were going to be effected, but not now....so, maybe you need to find the truth once in a while...before you spout off.

Well, he's going to get a chance whether we like it or not.

I'm not sure if you're an abject liar or you live in an alternate universe or if you're just incredibly stupid and uninformed.  600 of the 1,400 union jobs at the Indianapolis facility, those involved with the fan coil manufacturing lines, are still moving to Mexico as are all 700 jobs from the Huntington facility.  There were 730 line workers' jobs spared and as many as 70 management positions at the Indianapolis facility.  That means that 800 jobs are staying in Indy and a total of 1,300 from both facilities are still moving to Mexico.  In addition, the $16 million Carrier plans to invest in the Indianapolis facility is slated to be spent on automation so some of the jobs that will remain here are only temporary.  They won't go to Mexico, they will simply disappear.

Quote..so, maybe you need to find the truth once in a while...before you spout off.

Perhaps you should take you own advice but thank you for illustrating why people like you should not be allowed to vote.
