I 1000% disagree.....and time, will indeed tell us the truth.  I think we are on the cusps of the best thing to happen in a long time in this country....we are already seeing hints of consumer confidence on the rise and economic optimism is reflecting by the Stock Market....because of TRUMP.

Yep, a Cancer victim always seems to get better before it kill them.     :trustme: Trump is Cancer.

Then why is it we still have a labor participation rate around 63 percent, with slightly more than 94.5 million Americans out of the work force....worst since WWII.

According to the oft repeated Republican mantra, it's because they're too lazy to work and would rather sit around in their Cadillacs soaking up welfare and food stamp benefits.  Now you are saying it's because of the economy.  If that's the case and the economy is so bad that no jobs are available, would you agree that the government should be helping those people?

QuoteIf it is so great, why is it we are in a decline of real household family income. It has went from $57,000 in 2007 to $53,700 in 2014...

Cherry picking the numbers you want to use to make your invalid point is lying.  When Obama took office in 2009, the figure was $54,988 (and the Republican led recession was just starting).  By 2015 it was $56,516.

Your talking points are bullshit and they have each been covered here before.  Doing so again is a waste of time.  All you do is regurgitate the talking points you've read on your fake news websites.

Your optimism is misplaced; especially if those things you were attempting to pile upon the sitting POTUS are true.
It' simple.  Those who got Trump ELECTED are the working class.  Those on food stamps, probably voted for democrat....don't bite the hands that feed ya mentality.

We have a record amount of millennial men who are still living at home with their parents, due to not being able to find a job with an income to make ends meet...Trump is promising to fix this. By influencing more companies to open up here.  Trump already has a Japanese cohort who has already pledged to spend $50 billion here and to create 50,000 jobs.
Trump has influenced Carrier to stay put........keeping thousands of jobs.

I say you have GOT to give the man a CHANCE.  You are already to ride him out of town on the next rail.....

Perhaps you will be right, and I may be wrong.......but, for now, I am excited to give him a chance to see if he can and will, do as he says....so far, he is off to an energetic start....and he hasn't even sworn in.

The best way for our government to HELP these people is to create an environment that boosts our economy so more GOOD PAYING jobs will be available to anyone who WANTS to work...THAT is what Trump is planning on doing.
Give him a chance to prove himself right....if he doesn't you guys should win by a landslide come 2020.

Yes Sir, Bird Boy.  :sneaky:  I'll give him the chance you and you're Republican asshole gave Obama.

Yep, saying the same kind words and kind treatment you personally gave Barack.     But, you Republicans have got full control of Indiana and Washington DC and everything that happens will be yours.  :haha:  :music1:  Oh, happy days, :music1: oh happy days :music1: When Jesus comes :jc: :music1: the republicans better pray.  :music1:  Oh happy days :music1:  :drummer:  :trustme:  Birdie.

How?  By negatively affecting the stock prices of major corporations like Boeing and Lockheed Martin?  Or maybe by his massive corporate tax cuts...but...how is he going to pay for those?  By closing loopholes?  Doesn't that mean that those corporations will still be paying as much anyway?  If so, how does it help them and if not, how will the loss of revenue be covered?

You haven't thought of any of this, have you?  Of course not, people like you just follow along blindly without ever considering how these things could possibly come to fruition.

How about having a little quiz, shall we?  Let's not overload anyone's brain, but let's just isolate one of your statements.

Now let's see if either HH or 'me' can elucidate exactly how Trump's policies may negatively affect the stock of a company like Boeing.

Go!  ;D

how will the loss of revenue be covered?

You haven't thought of any of this, have you?

Why you always gotta be an ass, instead of just sharing opinions?

For starters, 80% of our federal revenue is collected by individual income taxes and employee payroll taxes....if we add 25 million new jobs over the next 25-years (as he is predicting) that equals trillions of new tax dollars.
Only 11% of our federal revenue is collected by corporate taxes....
Now, if he brings back the trillions of dollars, that are now overseas........that could fill in the delta of the reduction of corp tax rate....
Add this to the end of wasteful spending........it isn't really that hard to see.

Now, I know you are just going to say he isn't going to do the things he says he is going to do.....you REALLY don't know that.  You said he wouldn't be elected and you was wrong.  Maybe you oughta just pipe down and see what really happens before you get all obnoxious.

Let me ask you this?  Why is it the Stock Market is setting new records each day, since he won the election?

I say it is BECAUSE of Trumps expected policies that Wall Street see's as economic growth....

It is those illiterate morons that didn't vote this time because they hated Hillary, and the democrats screwed Bernie........are talking about THOSE illiterate morons?  Or are you talking about the illiterate morons that are STILL whining that they lost this election?  Because if you keep them from voting, then the GOP will be in charge every time.

You didn't answer my question Hank.  Do you know how Trump's policies can hurt a company like Boeing?  Exterminator made the claim, and it's true.

But do you know why?

Are you referring to the policies where we fix a broken tax system?

I'm talking about his trade policies, specifically vis-à-vis China, and how they could negatively impact Boeing, potentially resulting in job losses.
