Charles Stanley is about the only one I give a tad of respect to...he isn't flashy, he preachers from the bible, he has a way of keeping you interested and able to understand his point.

But, with that being said, I am not a fan of TV gospel.......nor, have I found a local pastor that can keep me coming back.........I haven't been to church on a regular basis for about 10 years now.

I actually visited Charles Stanley's church for a service one time when I was in Atlanta.

That was a long time ago before I became a heathen.  :icon_twisted:  ;D

Yes.  He's a sincere man with deep convictions.

He would still be one of my favorites had I not figured out that the whole 'God' thing is a big fat hoax.  ;D

I had a job where I got to talk to several preachers :preach:  I asked them if they ever had a religious experience.     Everyone said they didn't.     But one said, that his dad a preacher, :preach:  that while he was typing his sermon for one Sunday morning, the paper in the typewriter caught on fire.     Anyone believe that?   I didn't. :wait: :bs:

Outside of Trump starting a nuclear war, I doubt I'll suffer much at all but people like Henry and 'me' will and they deserve everything they get.

You'd best be careful what you wish for.
