Faux News (and the media in general) forgot to read the fine print on these "bonus" plans they're spewing about. . . Most of WalMarts bonuses will only be enjoyed by those having 18 years or more with them. The balance will receive decreasing levels of bonuses based upon their tenue; or lack of it.

I'd venture to say the same is going to be the case with Fiat-Chrysler as well. . .  with only high tenured employees seeing these bonuses. . .  (And I drive a Jeep manufactured in Italy by Fiat-Chrysler).  :mad:

My company has done both.  There is a tenure based and a performance based.


The bottom line, is......now that many business' are getting taxed less, they are using it to pass out bonus' and give raises to their employee's.  But somehow, it is a bad thing still........... :rolleyes:
