Because, unlike Trump, Cheney had a case before the court at the time the trip occurred.  Can't you see the difference?  Please don't tell my you're as obtuse as 'me' is.

It's contagious!

I really, really wanted Newt.

Yes, because having a vice president who destroyed the insitution that was the U.S. Congress before ultimately resigning in disgrace over ethics violations makes a lot of sense.

Don't even TRY to act like you know all about ethic violations and disgrace....as long as Hillary is in this race, everybody else are boy scouts.  Hypocrite

You mean this is like Bill Clinton meeting with Lynch to talk about golf and grand kids?  OH! okay.

BTW, Hank, that isn't the only thing that Republican appointed justices have engaged in that had potential political overtones.
So your excusing Ginsberg....what she does is okay then, .... right?

Of course you wouldn't understand about ethics.

And you conservatives were ok with that?

What do you Indiana folks think of the apparent Pence pick?

A Pompous Ass and the Anti Christ! What a ticket. . .  :roll eyes:

That asshole is going to spend a BILLION dollars over the next 10 years (Pence) in the state of Indiana, to attract jobs that pay minimum wage or less. . .

WTF will he do as the VP? Him and the Pompous Ass?

I liked Pence as a Congressman, not as much as him being a Governor.  I think overall he is a good man, but I ( this may shock you ) am not a fan of those who wear their religion on their shirt sleeve.....I think he does this more than I care for.

Even though I understand his intent of the RFRA, but in my opinion, we did not need that bill and it backfired on him....We have much bigger fish to fry.  I think he was trying to appease a group that should not have been appeasing.

I am not sure he would be re-elected as Gov or not.

He is also not my pick as VP.  I think Newt is by far the most qualified.  Pence has some strong conservative values that may attract some of those who felt Trump wasn't conservative enough.

We will see.

Under Pence, we've grown tech jobs at triple the national average. Indianapolis is now one of the best places in the nation for tech grads; No. 5 for women in tech and a top 10 city for creating tech jobs. This is evidenced by the recent decision of Salesforce, the world's fastest-growing top 10 software company, to commit to expanding its regional headquarters in Indiana, investing more than $40 million into our economy and creating 800 new, high-wage jobs.
