We don't eat red meat but once a week as most of the week is fish, turkey or chicken but I put a big chuck roast in the slow cooker with potatoes, carrots and onions with a brown gravy mix. It smells fantastic.

  Weeeell, I got tired of "JUST" pan fried chicken, broiled chicken, baked chicken and chicken and noodles.   :rant:  Soooo!  I bought a whole gallon of oil, put it in a big pan and with the oil hot at 350 degrees, I made French Fried Chicken with a real nice crispy crust and home made French Fries, fried to perfection and a fresh green salad and damn was it good.  :drool1:  :drool2:   :chef: :bliss: :bliss: :bliss: and a drum roll.  :drummer:

That sounds yummy! My husband does a fried chicken in the oven that is called Kentucky Fried Chicken Bake. It is really good with paprika, season salt, flour and some seasonings.
