Had sandwiches last night because we needed to go to the grocery. Bought a beautiful Boston Butt Roast and that will be fixed with potatoes, carrots, onions and peppercinis.

Going to have T-Bones and my signature potatoes on the grill today if the weather cooperates. .  :drool1: (Lunch)

Salmon on the grill for dinner with a side of yellow Cajun rice. :drool1: (Dinner)

Had one of those garden suppers tonight. Fresh dug new potatoes, w/ham, onion, and fresh picked green beans. Made some conrbread with some stone ground cornmeal a friend brought me from Springmill where they camped over the weekend.
