Well, I guess I'll fess up and tell you that my father, after killing and dressing the two pigs we raised, used to save the brains and eat them mixed in with scrambled eggs. Nobody else would touch that. Even yuckier to us was that our Italian neighbors asked daddy to save the pigs' blood for them. They made blood pudding, and gave us several loaves of delicious freshly baked bread in return.
