2 Hebrew National hot dogs and a coke. . .

   Hebrew National not one of my favorite hot dogs.  At Kroger they have what they call old fashion hot dogs.  They are red in color and to me real good.  Especially with Sauer Kraut.

  Also you should try the BAR-S chicken hot dogs.  I love them too.  These all beef hot dogs leave something to be desired.  When I was a kid, Stark and Whetsel was the best next to Emge hot dogs.  I would like to have a dollar for every hot dog I have ate in my life time.  A lot of dead dogs.

You guys are designing my meal plans! I haven't had egg salad for a while. Me, I forgot to make grits this morning, but I will in the am.

Turkey on whole wheat potato bread w/2%provolone and Nathan's origional mustard and I washed it down w/Silk dark chocolate almond milk.

  Sandy let me tell you what I am going to have for my last snack of the day around 7:30 to 8:00 PM. 

  I am going to take one whole tomato and cut it in to bit size pieces, on top of that take a whole fresh avocado, we got some beauties at Meijers today, cut it small cubes.  Over that some small curd cottage cheese and a dollop of of sour cream on top.  Sprinkle some fresh ground pepper and a pinch of sea salt or Kosher salt.        My Sandy can fix her own.

Got a tenderloin in the oven that was marinated in a zesty garlic and herb mixture, and my "signature" potatoes in there along side it. Accompanied by some stovetop sauteed fresh green beans, should be a tasty dinner this evening! 

Should be done the second my baby walks in the door!

  Crock pot chicken wings.  Very good in flavor.  The sauce was a little thin, going to put a little corn starch in it, just before I take it out of the cooker.  Second time I've used it.  There is a learning curve.

  Home made egg drop soup with fresh green onions and 8 saltines.  Low carbo except for the saltines.

Chicken fried rice, in a creamy sauce, with shredded chicken, veggies, and water chestnuts mixed in!

Grits with a spinkle of low-fat cheddar cheese and washed it down with OJ.

So, my co-workers don't know about the deliciousness of grits.
