You can use about any kind of meat but we used hamburger tonight.  You just take a good sized piece of wide heavy duty aluminum foil, (spray with pam if you want), make an oval patty and dish it in the middle, I usually use about half a pound or slightly less pr person, season the meat, I put mushrooms, onion, potatoes, and bell pepper on ours tonight then put a couple pats of butter on top and fold the foil so the juice won't escape when turned, (not easy but it can be done).  Cook over coals or low grill heat for approx. 15min on each side.  You can put green beans, corn, or just about anything you want veggie wise on them.  I'm going to put some zucchini on the next ones I make. 


*you can use chicken but I never have.  :wink:

   With all of the rain we have had, we're going have Zucchine coming out of our ears.  :puke:  Is there any really new recipes to make it taste good.  Other than bread and french fried.   :rolleyes: :smile:

Last year I sliced it up and froze it along with some yellow squash to saute with onions and butter.  I just did it in approx 1/2in slices instead of thinner like I do when it's fresh since it kind of turns to mush after being frozen if you slice it too thin.
