I will be having festival roast chicken, spinach salad and rolls.

hmm... gum.  but i have plans for lunch.  kung pao chicken (sans chicken) at my favorite restaurant.  (my friends are rescuing me from bed rest.)

Boiled egg on whole grain toast w/turkey bacon and a slice of fresh garden tomato. I washed it down w/very hot and very strong coffee. I'll be awake for 3 days now, but YUM!

I'm eating a bowl of dry Cheerios and vanilla yogurt.  I don't like milk in my cereal.

A Nathan's Chicago style and grilled corn on the cob w/butter and Old Bay.

The corn was delicious, crisp and super sweet. It was a hybrid that we got at the farmer's market. I had to wash my face after I ate it. lol

candy.  i'll probably have apple slices with cream cheese dip--if i can get anyone to bring it to me in bed...

i'll probably just have to eat puffed rice--that's already in the bedroom.

  Made it myself.  Toasted sub bun, three slices of corned beef, sauerkraut, slice of Swiss cheese and micowaved just until the cheese melts.
