Its good to go ahead and give in to the cravings once in a while so you don't go over the edge and really pig out by waiting too long.

Well I did an hour of water aerobics and then went to the grocery store.  So it was too late to make something, so I snacked.  I also hate some Mt. Olive pickles.

I used to be in a habit of eating baby carrots and sweet baby gerkins (sp?) for snacks.  Why that combination I have no clue but they were good together.

Mt. Olive makes pickle snack packs.  They stole my idea but I'll allow it since they are so good!
