Oh I had been quite ill with my kidneys and have to see a renal specialist that is why you have not seen me on here Love from Kathy    :)

Waffles w/ butter and lite syrup, scrambled egg whites, and 3 strips of turkey bacon. Oh yeah, some tomato juice and a fist full of pills.   :-[ to the pills.

Thank you yes at this time I am not too bad and hopefully I will be ok on Saturday as my youngest daughter gets engaged and me and my husband will meet with her future in laws.  :)
