I love me some Panera bread.
A hint.
If you order their "you pick two" (a half of a sandwich along with a half salad or small soup portion) and order your sandwich on a bagel...you get the whole sandwich. I guess they cant do much with half a bagel.

My absolute favorite there is the Fuji Apple Chicken salad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ended up having a grilled chicken and artichoke sandwich w/tomato, avocado and pesto. It's from a little place down the street a bit called Old Gallery. YUM!

Oooh...I'll have to remember that! I usually opt for the 'pick two'. I wasn't thrilled with their feature sandwich a few weeks ago...Chicken Pomodoro Panini. Maybe they pressed it for too long, but it was as tough as leather.

I wasn't impressed with the tomato mozzarella today. The tomatoes weren't at their peak, the onion tasted as if it had been sitting for a while and the mozzarella was a bit rubbery. I was surprised because the last time I had it it was great!
