Some people can eat anything and be perfectly healthy, beats me how it happens, LOL, I, on the other hand, hardly eat at all, and most of what I do eat, I would hope is healthy food.  For the kids sake.

Maybe so. But I would sure bet that a meal like that would blast those LDL levels sky high. Not to mention the blood pressure.

I need ideas folks. What did you guys have for lunch?

Lunch is in an hour and a half and I'm already thinking about it, but don't have a clue what I want to eat. I ate 1/2 a bagel for breakfast this morning too and I'm already hungry. I brought some watermelon in...maybe I'll have that then won't be so hungry.

Still, any suggestions?

I'm getting ready to go to Panera Bread. I have my eye on the Tomato & Fresh Mozzarella Salad. I've had it once before and it was delicious!

"Vine-ripened tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, red onions, fresh basil, salt, pepper & our balsamic vinaigrette, over our Rosemary & Onion focaccia."

That salad sounds delicious. I think the closest option I have is a greek salad from the place down the street. Not a bad salad at all though...maybe


(The closest Panera bread is across the bay and while it isn't "far", I'd have to walk 6 blocks to the car, drive over, drive back and hope to find a spot, then walk at least 6 blocks back) I could pick up one after work for tomorrow though.
