Pull up for fuel at my usual place. Every single gas pump is wide open, EXCEPT the 2 dispensing diesel; BOTH occupied by blue hairs pumping gasoline!  :wall: :wall: :wall:

I'm responsible for the professional an technical development of about 15 employees. There are a couple who are on top of every aspect of our job. The rest are really strong in some areas and really weak in others (normal). The one that drives me insane is so needy and dependent that working with her is about as comfortable as swimming with a cat. She's sooooo smothering an her lack of ANY self confidence is worrisome. She constantly asks for help with the most fundamental pieces of our job. I try the tough live thing and send her back to research (leads to her pestering other people rather than do her own research) or to make a determination on her own. I offer to review her decisions prior to them going out if that would make her more comfortable. She comes back 50 more times with the same damn question reworded. She expects me to stop, drop and roll regardless of anything I'm working in or helping another team member with. Everything is a "situation", "issue" or "crisis" and ALWAYS urgent. My supervisor says that I'm patient and that I handle her well. So why all this screaming on the inside? :biggrin:
