Arguing with Christians is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good I am at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, shit on the board and strut around like it's victorious.

The truth is slow, but relentless. Over time it becomes irresistible.

One of my favorites as well.  Haven't read Go Set A Watchman yet but we bought a copy as soon as it was released.

This is the proverbial "Cover of the Rolling Stone" from 1989 sometime.

If you read the list of feature stories you will note that every single individual interviewed or featured in this edition of the magazine has been  :reap: HARVESTED :reap:  between then and now. Not a single living person is on the cover. Not one, 27 years later. . .  :spooked: (Excluding the tip-top banner featuring Dylan and Roger Waters)

It is astounding if you stop to think about it, and a reoccurring situation as each of us creep ever closer toward our own finish lines.

One of the reasons so many of us seem to become obsessed with death as we age I suspect. It keeps jumping in front of us subconsciously even though we may not acknowledge it lucidly.
