I know I when though the same thing.  But I got it fixed, good enough for me and I wouldn't trade it for one of these look the same, white pine, tooth pick new ones with their high taxes.  I think the $397 in property taxes on it are just fine.  It not for sale or trade.  Welllllll maybe if the price was high enough.
When you're young it's kind of fun and a learning experience but as you get older it's a pain in the rear.  Of course the experience teaches you to look for that kind of stuff and how to get around it.

That's the secret, young, dumb, a lot of energy, no money and a lot of time, one step at a time.  That was the way it was with me. "ME".

I will have to admit looking back on those years I wouldn't trade them for anything.  The knowledge picked up from those experiences keeps you from getting ripped off when you get older and can't do things yourself any longer.

I love coupons.  Got 4 cases of Pepsi, a pound of butter, and 8piece deli chicken, and 2 batteries for the ceiling fan for 85 cents.    :hamster: :hamster: :papple: :papple: :hamster: :hamster:

John Lennon (RIP) is rumored to have been starkly afraid of, and against, cremation in physical life; yet his widow (Yoko) chose to have him cremated.

It is also rumored that as his body being physically loaded into the firebox, his corpse broke out in a "Joker-esque" maniacal grin as it was being slid toward the fire.

What's that saying?  :spooked:
