I'm waiting for the sun to come up so that I can head out and pick up my Christmas gift to myself and stop by the liquor store for some Holiday cheer for dinner tomorrow. :biggrin:

I love the holidays, it's the only time of year that we can think about alcohol at Oh-dark-ridiculous w/out everyone planning an intervention!

If you do not have to go out today, then don't!  :spooked:

It is raining and sleeting and will soon turn to ice.
The stores are all jammed up, with people starting fights.
I went for some milk and other staples there,
And the people in there just aren't being fair!
They're elbowing, and gouging, and slinging left hooks,
You get shoved around, and smacked with their books.
No, I am staying home this dreary Xmas eve,
Not mixing it up with some guy in short sleeves!

It's a zoo out there folks! Hope you don't have to go out!  :grinch:

Thank goodness I don't have to go out.  I kind of figured it would be crazy out there today with all the last minute stuff going on.

At this point in time I do believe I am done with the stores.  Though I think I may have one more place to go, for a present I didn't think I was going to be able to get.......Thanks to the mailman for making a delivery I was sure I wasn't going to get before Christmas. 
Looks like I've come full circle.

took my tree down yesterday..........it was a real tree, that was losing pine needles like as fast as the women claiming to have affairs Tiger Woods....

It was a rather large tree, and I was ready for my living room to get back to normal.....
