LMAO! I knew that would draw a comment from you :biggrin: I'd have to secretly pick Maryland over Duke in football b/c I can't remember Duke ever having a good team. As for Basketball...we'll see ;D

It's 6 years worth of taxes that haven't been paid by the property management company.  The first 3 years, we were paying the house payment WITH the amount towards taxes in that.   It's been messed up every since, but they haven't paid a dime.  I paid over $500 on it earlier this year because the utility company put a lien on it.  I'm waiting on the inheritance to pay out to see if I can just take over this house by paying the taxes.  If it doesn't go up for sale first. :(
