I paid $3.98 a gallon for gas today!!!!  :spooked: I had a half a tank,and put $20 more in and got a full tank. My Corolla gets 35 mpg so I'm pretty much satisfied with it. My next car will be a Corolla too.  :yes:

Gas is reducing  here too. We're down to $4.40. It was almost $5.00 last week.

OMG!!!! $5 a gallon?  :spooked: I just choked on my Hawaiian Punch.  :spooked: Premium is $4.18 a gallon here.  We haven't been much over $4 here yet. But I look for $5 a gallon here by Summers end.  :rolleyes: It's gotten ridiculous.  :no:

$4.89 / US gallon for diesel on the way to work this morning. . . :rant: I wish it'd quit raining so I can ride my motorcycle to work!  :rant:

That sucks PH. I'm already feelin' like a moron for being happy about gas that's $4.40. Do you think we'll ever see lower prices? I'm guessing not.  :no: :icon_evil:

A Soldier Came Home Today

I never met the one we're meeting...yet I think of him with pride,

He's the reason we're riding in the rain...the reason for this ride,

He didn't know how long it would be...that day he went away,

When he'd return, he had to serve..but A Soldier Came Home Today.

The Flags are furled and ready...we've been rolling through the day,

To greet this fallen hero. You See? A Soldier Came Home Today.

   

It's a tribute to a brother...whose duty sent him away,

To a land afar where he gave his all...Yes, A Soldier Came Home Today.

He could be anyone's son or father...yet he's gone so far from home,

Now he's coming back in his country's flag...Not forgotten and not alone,

He's earned a hero's welcome...bikes with flags along his way,

A Band of brothers saying their good-byes to a hero, a man...A Soldier Came Home Today.
