Doesn't matter at this point.  The whole point is there has been none at all passed in 3yrs.

It certainly does matter. You and your ilk keep throwing false and misleading statements. Why can't you just face the truth of the matter?

Because they don't know what the truth is.  The only information they have at their disposal is that which is fed to them by their right-wing pundits.

Do you have a clue what a filibuster proof majority is?

In the Senate the number of votes the Democrats would need to be filibuster proof is 60.  I don't know the number for the House.

The filibuster isn't used in the House. They have a rules committee which limits debate on each bill.

So how did the Republicans stop anything during the 3yrs the dems had control?  They had a filibuster proof majority.

Really?  And how long did they have that?  Be real careful with your answer because I already know, and I'm quite certain it's not as long as you think.

Only reason I could think of would be a dem lost a seat to a republican leaving them, the dems, short one.

Bingo!  Now let's see if she can tell us why.  ;D

Good luck with that! I'm still waiting for acknowledgement  that the post about the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 was nothing better than an outright lie. (along with grapes in England, pictures of the luxury prison in the U.S, etc., etc.,  .... ad nauseum)

It's amazing how recent history fades so fast.
