Good morning Zoners!

I'm up a little early getting a few things done before I head out for an early morning run, followed by a R.I.P.P.E.D class, followed by a run club that I belong to where we're finishing up their training for their first 5K.

I'm really excited for this group. They've been working hard and they're excited. The race is next weekend and they're trusting me when I tell them that they're ready, but I can see they're nervous. I hope they stick with me until they consider 3.11 miles a short run. :yes:

I hope that its as beautiful there as it is here. Up early going for a hike with my daughter, her boyfriend (can you believe she's old enough for a boyfriend? Time flies!) and Benji (remember him? The Golden retriever?).

Good Morning!

Another gorgeous day here. We're heading out to a community pool Memorial Day celebration. Enjoying an extra day off is nice, but even better when you can spend it in remembrance of those who makes the American dream possible.

That said, I'm sure that we'll make it at some point. The princess is taking an awfully long time to get ready. I mean I'm sure it's perfectly normal to shower, do your make up and hair before going to a pool, right?
