Looks like I may have been wrong about this.  The Raiders lost the option to move to Los Angeles after the decision by the Chargers, but not the option to move.

NBC Sports is reporting that the Raiders are expected to file papers to move to Sin City.....Vegas.

Yeah, but the Packers' defense, especially the secondary, is banged up pretty good.  May give Dallas the opportunity to exploit it.
