It's official; 4 game suspension for Brady and some draft picks for the team.

He should have been suspended at minimum 8 games; if not the entire season. This is at least the second time this organization has been caught red-handed cheating. This pales in comparison to the punishment handed out to New Orleans over bounty-gate. In my mind what Brady & company did egregiously damaged the integrity and reputation of the league; and the league's failure to respond accordingly exacerbates that damage.

It's also official that the NFL is now a wholly owned subsidiary of the WWF!

And as if this isn't enough burnishing of the league's integrity, there is this:

. . .The Indianapolis Colts are among 14 NFL teams who collected a reported total of $5.4 million from the Department of Defense for paying tribute to military men and women. Numbers collected by NJ.com show the Colts received $600,000 from the Army/National Guard and another $20,000 from the Air Force for honoring vets in 2011 and 2012. . .

Now call me an idiot, but I "assumed" the various NFL teams displaying the huge flags, flying those eagles, and honoring our military were acts of corporate philanthropy. And I'm betting a lot of others did as well. I should have known better.

So the very teams that fleece the citizens (fans) of their tax dollars in order to finance their private enterprises additionally used our military as a lever with which to obtain even more revenue. This makes me absolutely sick!

Me too. I've been at some of the games where they "honor our military service members and their families" and I am deeply chagrined to find their "honor" was bought and paid for. It disgusts me at depths I never knew existed.

As if Howard Kraft and the Patriots organization need any fucking help!     They've got the entirety of their fan base brain washed and conditioned by nearly a decade of cheating driven performance. God damn!

I read on their site the commentary of some asshole that donated, wherein he said "if this were a court of law". . . I almost puked onto my laptop over it. It isn't a court of law asshole, it's a professional sports league. THEIR rules, THEIR sandbox, THEIR league. You don't have to like it but you do have to abide by their policies and rules. What an assclown!

They might get that Go Fund Me shut down though.  It's against their terms of service to raise funds for the payment of any sort of fine if I recall correctly.

$15,713 of $1.0M as of a minute ago. . .

On another note; Cry Baby Brady has appealed his suspension, (there's a fuckin' surprise. . .  :roll eyes: ), and the patriots organization is busy whining and contradicting themselves in the media. . . (another fuckin' surprise. . .  :roll eyes:)

Last thing I am going to say on the subject is this: The Colts had better be loaded for Bear when the Patriots come to town in Game 6. Whether it ends up being the first game with Cry Baby Brady back or the 3rd.

and THAT really blows!  Pete Rose never cheated to give himself an edge over his opponents.......he got LIFE.

Cry Baby and his organization has TWICE been caught trying to give themselves an edge over their opponents by CHEATING....and get a spank the bottom.  Sean Payton was NEVER proven to CHEAT...and got a year.

This is beyond bullshit....
