Arizona is an open-carry state. But the University allows guns in vehicles if they are "stowed" in the car.

I don't get it. I'm not exactly for strict gun control, but I firmly believe that there are places where guns should not be allowed.

People who make the argument that people carrying guns would prevent this have forgotten that in the the old "Wild West" gun controls were even stricter than today, with many towns banning all guns within city limits.

Yes and many of those old "Wild West" towns often allowed the sheriff or deputies to carry guns. News is saying this was some groups arguing and it got out of hand! Who knows if that is true!

How exactly does one go about enforcing a "gun free zone" declaration, when there is no one there to disarm a violator?

Moreover, how does one identify who is responsible for enforcing such a declaration? Minus uniformed police presence within each and every gun free zone, such declarations are futile. (Although I will say that as a legally permitted gun carrying private citizen, I have, and always will comply with such declarations when they are properly posted).

The problem arrises when those who do not abide by the laws in the first place, continue ignoring such declarations.

My head is about to explode. I have NEVER had sinus issues like I have now.....Not sure what the heck is going on, but DAMN!!! Not fun.

Busy at work, and an exploding head is NOT a good combination.... :no:

Sounds like you've got what my wife and I had earlier this year.

My advice; get to the doctor now as opposed to next week. Get the strongest antibiotic s/he will prescribe and be prepared to ask for a refill, because just one round of it will NOT send this damned virus packing anything but your nose. And even after that it will linger for weeks.

Damn I hope I don't get that crap again!

I haven't had to go to the DR for years now.  I have been twice this year for sinus headache issues. Both times I had antibiotics.  But, I think you are correct, ONE round is not enough.  I was doing pretty good until I went to Gatlinburg and it has returned with a vengeance.  I am having my butt kicked as we speak.

I am on my 2nd round of antibiotics. I would also ask your doctor about taking an oral probiotic because the steroids and antibiotics causes your stomach to always be hungry!

One of my direct reports is there, In Puerto V., on vacation and was supposed to fly home Sunday morning. Not going to happen now.
Last I heard from him he was awaiting evacuation instructions at 9:00 this morning local time. . .  :eek:
