I'll be scarce this weekend and next week folks. I have a TON of family that arrived this morning, or are arriving at various hours today, and staying through the upcoming holiday. Will be up to my withers in grandchildren and in absolute heaven. . .  :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

Have a wonderful holiday, PH, and thanks for letting us know. Of course you'll be missed!

I have good memories of Thanksgivings like that. My four sisters and I and the spouses and children all went home for Thanksgiving.  :smile:  :laugh: Some got to sleep in beds. We always woke up Thanksgiving morning to the smell of turkey being slow-roasted with garlic and sage.

We had to re-invent Thanksgiving after mama passed away.
