In the real world ... the CEO brought the cookies in the first place.

In the real world, the CEO paid off some politicians to pass laws that allow him to legally take the cookies he brought from the hard working people who actually made them.

Now go wash your face...you have shit on your nose from having it buried so far in the asses of people who wouldn't let you lick their boots.

Unemployment doesn't affect people who don't work anyway.

At least now we are not losing 750,000 jobs per month as we were four years ago. The housing market is recovering nicely. Four years ago the Dow was at 6,000; now it's at 13,000.

Just think what could have been accomplished if the Republicans had worked in the best interests of the country rather than their racist political agenda.

I think you had better talk to come realtors about that housing recovery.

From the Wall Street Journal ....

The Housing Recovery Is Looking Better and Better

One of the biggest economic stories this summer has been the gradual improvement in the battered housing market. Wednesday's data further reinforces that point.

U.S. pending home sales — which tracks the number of buyers who have signed contracts to purchase previously owned homes — jumped in July to the highest level since April 2010. And if you remember back that far, that's when the government was juicing demand by offering federal tax credits to buyers.

But now, it appears that real demand is returning to the housing market.

Dan Greenhaus, chief global strategist at BTIG, notes if you strip out the pending home sales spike in 2010 caused by tax credits, then pending home sales are now at the highest level since mid 2007.

"This is just the latest in an ongoing story showing sustained gains in the housing market," Greenhaus says.

Pending sales typically close within one or two months of signing.

I don't think there can be any doubt that the housing market has turned around dramatically unless one chooses to simply be blind to the facts.  Prices bottomed out here in South Florida months ago, and housing activity has been on the rise ever since.
