It seems that his predecessor also had an issue with hostages and how was that resolved?  Oh, that's right...by transferring arms to Iran.

I hate to admit it but I did and I still think now he was the dumbest president we've ever had.  Sure didn't take me long to regret that vote.

Let's see.  Jimmy Carter graduated from Southwestern college, the Georgia Institute of Technology, a science degree from the United State Naval Academy.

Chosen by Hyman Rickover for the nuclear program and did graduate work in reactor Technology and nuclear physics.  Also served as senior officer on the Seawolf.

He beat Gerald Ford who pardon Richard Nixon was going to be impeached.  I would say he wasn't a peanut farmer. You're  :busted: :hick:

His predecessor also practically created a large portion of the homeless population problem when he threw the mentally ill out on the streets.

"When homelessness first became a national issue, however, the Reagan administration all but turned a blind eye to the problem. Federal expenditures for low-cost housing plunged during Reagan's watch from $32 billion in 1981 to just $7 billion in 1987.

At the same time, funding was slashed for a variety of social services, including public health, drug rehab and food stamps -- programs that were relied upon by the thousands of mentally ill people who'd been released from state facilities as a cost-cutting move."

I love the way the Republicans are trying to blame Obama for this depression.  It's sorta like it someone gives you a big boat and the person who gave it to you had chopped holes in the bottom.  He waits until you just can't see the leaks, he hands you the keys and you jump in it and it sinks.  The the guy says it's your fault is sank.  That what George W. did to America and Obama.  Pretty damn sneaky.  :sneaky:
