Stop being obtuse. Please.  :roll eyes:

These protests are quickly becoming nationwide. Chicago, New York, Seattle, several cities in Cali. . .

Trump incited this kind of reaction with his bullying and incendiary rhetoric. I saw tons of media coverage from the POTUS and Ms Clinton that ran all day long, asking for healing, coming together, and support for the incoming administration.

That falls on ears deafened by the harshness of Trump's campaign and actions.

Gore and now Clinton win the popular vote, the most people voted for them, but lose through the antiquated Electoral Collage.  Do you think it was honest thing for the FBI  to do what it did.   Then say there was nothing to it in the very last day.  Trump said it was crooked and it was.  I am really sick, the richest people in America has won what they wanted.

Oh good grief these people should have more self control than that, what he said had nothing to do with being ass holes and tearing shit up and attacking people.

It's the collateral damage driven by the emotional rhetoric of his campaign. Perhaps people wouldn't be so worked up if he hadn't instigated them by acting the same way.

The lies told about him and him trying to defend himself is the problem. They were told he didn't stand for gays, blacks, and other things and that's what has them upset. They were fired up by the opposition and the news media period.

Hogwash. Trump said what he said and meant what he meant. Moreover, don't discount the contributions the anti christ Pence brings to the situation. His RFRA idiocy was nationwide news and his religious zealotry is common knowledge. The LGBT community is up in arms over his role in the incoming administration.

Today, I haven't listened to or watched anything involving the election. Went to bed last night before the news got bad. Felt a little uneasy but was in no way prepared for what I saw and heard when I turned on the TV this morning.  :spooked:   so sad.

(I wonder how long it will take Trump to figure out that being POTUS is not the same as being KING? And how long it will take for all those blue collar workers and others who believed his lies to figure out that no, nothing will change for them.)

How exactly has President Obama messed things up in this country?

I think he has caused a lot of the division we see now because of the way he treated police officers, especially during his first term. I think our allies , specifically Israel, don't trust him. Judging from the people we see in our volunteer work their situations haven't improved any. And last of all, according to the new, insurance premiums are going to be higher next year.

As you well know, most of what's been on FB, at least as far as mine is concerned, have been lies.

The problem going forward for Trump supporters, including those, like Anne, Hank, and 'me', is that Trump simply won't be able to deliver on the majority of promises that his voters will expect of him. What happens when Congress won't fund a border wall with Mexico, and Mexico really won't pay for it? What happens when we ban Muslims from entering the country and then the Muslim countries tell us to go fuck ourselves when we need their help fighting terrorism and ISIS? What happens when he really can't bring back factory jobs and his supporters figure out they've been duped? What happens when coal isn't king again due to the fracking boom despite what Trump promised miners in Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia? He can certainly sway the SCOTUS, but most of his other promises aren't really doable, and his followers are bound to be disappointed when they finally figure it out.

Why do you think I ever supported Mr. Trump? I have never been one of his supporters. I didn't vote for him. There hasn't been a presidential candidate in my lifetime that could keep all the promises they make, and I know that.

Well, the Republicans are in full control, of the state of Indiana and the U.S.A.  From now on everything will be their fault.   EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!  It looks like dirty Republican tricks and the FBI stole another election.  I am really sad for America, the Democrats have keep the thieving ass holes off of the American women.  The Democrats have keep the stupid Christians and the god damn bible off of the American women.  What happens now?  Will the women who voted for Trump and the Democrats who didn't vote bare responsibility for what is going to happen in America.

It look like I am not the only person who is unhappy with the election of Trump, just looks at the anti Trump people in the street.  The first time in my history that angry crowds in the streets of America, protesting in the election of an American President.  It stinks and with the FBI in the corner of Donald Trump we see what can happen.  The next four years are going to be a real challenge to the American woman and the freedom on all Americans.  Heil Ditator Trump and barf bag Pence.

I apologize for my assumption, and good for you if you didn't vote for him.  I was just basing that on your comments about Obama.  Most people who harbor those types of feeling about Obama are Trump supporters.

I was thinking about this while watching a combine harvest corn in a field across the street from our dog training field a couple of weeks ago.  That machine can turn a hectare of corn stalks into seed corn in under an hour; something that would require up to 200 man-hours to accomplish manually.  More manufacturing jobs have been lost to automation since the '70's than to all foreign factories combined and claiming you can get those jobs back is tantamount to saying you can bring back farm jobs by eliminating combines.  Are we going to bring back textile jobs by eliminating looms, too?

Same as with the coal miners.  Automation has put more miners out of work than Obama and the EPA could ever do.

I am sick of the ugliness and violence the Hillary people are showing.

You can't be serious.  You didn't see Trump supporters posting pictures of guns and ammunition and talking about a revolution if he lost?
