This guy isn't trying to get money off of the government tit; he's suing an insurance company over an accident that he claims left him with back problems.

He's claiming to be disabled by the accident 2 years ago which means he can't work and he most likely filed for disability or SSI in the meantime.  Anyway, like HH said it doesn't matter which he is he's a scum bag for what he's obviously trying to pull and people of both parties are guilty of doing it.
