Just so we all have this straight, Romney's plan is to cut corporate taxes, cut income taxes across the board, change nothing about the two largest entitlement programs, social security and medicare, for at least the next 10 years (he said no one on these programs or who will be retiring any time soon will be affected...way to kick that can down the road far enough so it's someone else's problem even if you could get elected for 2 terms!), increase military spending (to build the Navy more ships that they say they don't even need), keep all of the best parts of Obamacare but remove their funding mechanism and...drum roll please...balance the federal budget at the same time!

What kind of crack are you people smoking who believe this is possible?

Yeah, that's the very same methodology that put us into the situation we are in today; cut taxes on the wealthy as a ploy to obtain/maintain elected office, and then do nothing to replace the lost revenue. . .

Makes one wonder whether Mitt has a plan to take over a middle-eastern country, rape them of their resources, obtain massive loans in their name, and then abandon them to be consumed by the world's vultures.

and just so I got this straight, Obama wants to raise taxes, which according to the CBO says will drive our economy BACK into a recession. Gutting $716 billion in Medicare to fund ObamaCare over the next decade, he WANTS higher Gas prices, so he has NO intentions of helping out Americans there...
and he promised to cut the deficit in half by his first term.....and blew that one right out of the water.....

Yeah, I think it IS time for some HOPE & CHANGE....

Yep, un-fucking-believable.  Your candidate must be the worst kind of pathetic loser if you have to lie to try to get votes for him.

Please provide the link where the CBO said that if any taxes are raised, it could put the country back into recession.  Are you sure you aren't referring to the fiscal cliff in which all taxes will be raised?  You know...since you're such a critical thinker and whatnot...

Ronald Reagan's former budget director Slams Mitt Romney as a Gambler in a Rigged Market

"Except Mitt Romney was not a businessman; he was a master financial speculator who bought, sold, flipped, and stripped businesses. He did not build enterprises the old-fashioned way—out of inspiration, perspiration, and a long slog in the free market fostering a new product, service, or process of production. Instead, he spent his 15 years raising debt in prodigious amounts on Wall Street so that Bain could purchase the pots and pans and castoffs of corporate America, leverage them to the hilt, gussy them up as reborn 'roll-ups,' and then deliver them back to Wall Street for resale—the faster the better.

That is the modus operandi of the leveraged-buyout business, and in an honest free-market economy, there wouldn't be much scope for it because it creates little of economic value. But we have a rigged system—a regime of crony capitalism—where the tax code heavily favors debt and capital gains, and the central bank purposefully enables rampant speculation by propping up the price of financial assets and battering down the cost of leveraged finance."

I really think it would do you guys good to watch this in it's entirety.  I would then like you, Ex, to tell me the difference in how the dems portrayed Condoleezza Rice and Colin Powell in some of their political cartoons and what they said about them and why you didn't see that as racist but you do see it as racist when someone disagrees with Obama.

(CNN) - Shortly after Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney enjoyed cookies and soft drinks with the Rev.  Billy Graham and his son Franklin Graham on Thursday at the elder Graham's mountaintop retreat, a reference to Mormonism as a cult was scrubbed from the website of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.

In a section of the website called Billy Graham's My Answer there had been the question "What is a cult?"

Answer: "A cult is any group which teaches doctrines or beliefs that deviate from the biblical message of the Christian faith."

"Some of these groups are Jehovah's Witnesess, Mormons, the Unification Church, Unitarians, Spritualists, Scientologists, and others," the site continued.

No longer. On Tuesday, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association confirmed that page has recently been removed from the site. . .

But wait! There's more!

The head of a northeast Ohio charity says that the Romney campaign last week "ramrodded their way" into the group's Youngstown soup kitchen so that GOP vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan could get his picture taken washing dishes in the dining hall.
Brian J. Antal, president of the Mahoning County St. Vincent De Paul Society, said that he was not contacted by the Romney campaign ahead of the Saturday morning visit by Ryan, who stopped by the soup kitchen after a town hall at Youngstown State University.
"We're a faith-based organization; we are apolitical because the majority of our funding is from private donations," Antal said in a phone interview Monday afternoon. "It's strictly in our bylaws not to do it. They showed up there, and they did not have permission. They got one of the volunteers to open up the doors."
He added: "The photo-op they did wasn't even accurate. He did nothing. He just came in here to get his picture taken at the dining hall." Antal later told NBC News that Ryan had cleaned some dirty dishes; his original comment was based on secondhand information from a volunteer.
Ryan had stopped by the soup kitchen for about 15 minutes on his way to the airport after his Saturday morning town hall in Youngstown. By the time he arrived, the food had already been served, the patrons had left, and the hall had been cleaned.
Upon entering the soup kitchen, Ryan, his wife and three young children greeted and thanked several volunteers, then donned white aprons and offered to clean some dishes. Photographers snapped photos and TV cameras shot footage of Ryan and his family washing pots and pans that did not appear to be dirty.

This is a very clear example of just how lacking the repugnican party is. They're waging class warfare and trying to spin it as some kind of philanthropic effort that emanates from divine inspiration. The only thing divine about this little photo op is the power and money they hope to gain via its use as a piece of propaganda. They have less than zero morality. How the hell can anyone vote for such a farce of a human being?
