To me it demonstrates the flippant attitude with which the Golden Mitten approaches the responsibilities of the office to which he aspires.

And we all know the subliminal meaning to the "joke" now don't we? As well as the fact the birthers have still not quit on the lie. . . So why feed them unless it serves a nefarious purpose? 

The fact is, Romney went through the identical qualification process that every other candidate, including Obama, goes through; and part is providing proof of citizenship and birth.

Only difference is that in Romney's case the birthers are willing to accept the election board's certification of his eligibility at face value, as they have for all others except Obama.

  The Republicans are Bat Shit Crazy.  These words ring so clearly.  "OUR MAIN JOB IS TO MAKE OBAMA A ONE TERM PRESIDENT."  With these words the Republican declared full out war on Obama.  Just like they declared war on women, American safety nets, or medical care, unions and everything important to the American Middle Class.  Why?  It's because of greed, selfishness, and worshiping the Super Rich and the Super Rich Corporations.   

  In reality the Republican/Tea Party has declared war on the Middle Class.  The same people that worked, built, paid all of their taxes to make America the greatest country in the world.  We make the Romans look like pikers.  Vote straight Democrat Party.  Voting for one Republican is like putting a rotten to the core apple in a barrel of prize winning apples.  They will destroy the whole damn barrel with rot from the inside.

Why should we assume that ecological risk if the oil is just going to be shipped elsewhere and doesn't benefit the U.S. at all anyway.  We currently produce more crude than we have in the past 14 years and look at our gas prices!
