NEWS JUST COMING IN!!

Isn't this just delicious?  It's a true Tea Party party in the middle of the Holy Land.  This is just starting to show on some of the news sites, and I saw it on a tweet by Mornin' Joe!  Seems the "Holy Land" wasn't so 'holy' on that night.  :rotfl:

The FBI probed a late-night swim in the Sea of Galilee that involved drinking, numerous GOP freshmen lawmakers, top leadership staff – and one nude member of Congress, according to more than a dozen sources, including eyewitnesses.
During a fact-finding congressional trip to the Holy Land last summer, Rep. Kevin Yoder (R-Kan.) took off his clothes and jumped into the sea, joining a number of members, their families and GOP staff during a night out in Israel, the sources told POLITICO. Other participants, including the daughter of another congressman, swam fully clothed while some lawmakers partially disrobed. More than 20 people took part in the late-night dip in the sea, according to sources who were participants in the trip.

If it weren't so deeply, deeply painful to watch that flaming hypocrisy, that there comment (". . . a self serve baptism. . .") would be incredibly funny.
Ignorance and fanaticism are ravenous. They require constant feeding.

Gee, wonder why this didn't come out a year ago when it happened.  Strange huh?  Not disputing it mind you just wondering about the timing.  Distraction from real issues perhaps.

Sort of like the hoopla surrounding Obama's daughter's trip to Mexico?
Arguing with Christians is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good I am at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, shit on the board and strut around like it's victorious.

The truth is slow, but relentless. Over time it becomes irresistible.

Matter of fact, that makes it even more egregious since it happened a year or so ago.   Remember this same group of Tea Party assholes had just had a showdown with Democrats, Obama, and even some members of their own party over raising the debt ceiling.  They cause a downgrade of the credit rating of this country, and then head off on a 'fact-finding' trip to Israel where they're found out drinking, living it up, and in the case of one, skinny dipping.

Them jumping into the lake and acting stupid is not what bothers me....the fact that congressmen are going on trips on a "lobbyist" dime is what I find disgusting.  This done by both parties and it needs to stop.  They are not serving to go out and have a good time.  I thought Obama was going to put an end to lobbist?

And they wonder why their approval ratings are at an all time low.  The sense of entitlement is astounding.

Makes you wonder about the 10% of the people who "approve" of congress right now.........it is at an all-time low.

I don't care if or how they swim in the Sea of Galilee.  I don't care if they are drinking.  I don't care if they are partying.  But the Religious Christian REPUBLICANS taking money from lobbyist, oh the hypocrisy of these self serving bastards.

That's what I love about the Republican Party.  Do as I say and not as I do.

But what I want to know is.  what in hell is the FBI sticking their noses in for.  They want to investigate a party and won't do a damn thing about the thieves of Wall Street.
