Actually I'm finding this quite hilarious watching them twist and strain to make it honorable to serve your country if you're a Liberal and you're neglecting your duty as a good citizen if you don't as well as it's ok to have gone to college to keep from serving but yet if it's a conservative they are mooching off the government if they serve but a draft dodger if they didn't even if they went to college. 

Could you please break down that sentence so that it makes at least a little of sense?

I have tried. I have truly tried to keep it civil. But in the last few posts Clinton was accused of being a draft dodger just because he attended college. Not only attended college, but was Phi Betta Kappa and a Rhodes Scholar.

Meanwhile, "W" was AWOL from the National Guard.

  Back to work.  What about Dick Cheney with his 5 draft deferments.  When he was asked why so many deferments.  Dicky boy smiled and said, "I had more important thing to do."  And to think that he was Vice President with the deserter George W. who was commander in Chief.

If you had read Troll's posts to me about my daughters and son's-in-law being in the military and read the ones about liberals or their kids being in the military or not you would have understood what I said completely.  To him if you are a conservative and are in the military you're mooching off the government and living on the gravy train but if you don't serve you're a draft dodger or shirking your duty.  On the other hand if you are a liberal and are in the military you are serving your country and if you haven't been in the military it was for a good reason.
