It really bothers you that I have a job that I love and I don't belong to a Union..... :bliss: :bliss: :grin2:

The crux of it is that you fucks only care about yourselves and no one else.  You owe nothing to the society that gave you the job you love.  Just me, me, me (and the other fuck on this blog, me)  You right-wing, left-lane-driving, red necks (also known as christians, NASCAR nuts, raslin' fans, etc) own the entire discussion, even if you aren't really the majority in this country.  I think this country let you make too much money and the reason the wealthiest few were willing to rob us all.  After all, you stupid bastards spend about $2B a year on NASCAR hats.  Why shouldn't they just rob us all blind.  They (the 1%) think the rest of us are as stupid as you are.  They have many indications to think so: American Adle, Dancing with the Stars, Nancy Grace, Glenn Beck, Bill O'Really.  You assholes have basically destroyed this country, or are well on your way of doing so.  I see you as the dumbest Americans, ever; hate science (global warming isn't real, you despise NASA but worship NASCAR drivers [mostly high-school dropout hicks] like they were astronauts, hate social justice, hate anything to do with the common good; cause, you got yours, and those "other people" don't deserve the same.

You think the Alamo was a "fight for freedom", you think the South won the civil war which wasn't about slavery, you think we won Vietnam but a bunch of hippies protested us out of the war, you think the invasion of Iraq was a fight for American freedom and the same in Afghanistan.  Of course, you only think what Beck and O'really told you to think and still do.  The real problem is you DON'T think.  You're a brain stem.  A genetic holdover that can still be kept in the Bronze-Age; intellectually, psychologically, morally.  You still belong in the trailer-trash level, but somehow we let you out and let you fucking vote!

Excuse me but I worked hard for what I have and why should I give part of what I earned with my sweat and hard work to someone who isn't striking a lick but just taking?  I'll be the first one in line to give someone who is deserving a hand up but I'll be damned if I'm just going to give a hand out to anyone and I don't think that's the way things should work.  People are turning into a bunch of cry babies who want shit handed to them on a silver platter at someone elses expense and that is a fact.  No one wants to start at the bottom and work their way up anymore they all want to start at the top and think it is owed to them.  BS just plain BS.

You sound like you don't have yours and you want everyone to give it to you or you're gonna stomp your feet and throw a fit 'til they do.  You have no respect for anyone who isn't giving you what you want and are jealous of those who happen to have more than you and figure they should hand it over 'cause you deserve to be on equal footing with them whether you earn it or not.

The irony here is that those two barely have a pot to piss in themselves and are defending members of a socio-economic class that doesn't give a shit about them and of which they will never be a part.

I hope you get to find out one day how the 1% live.  Just remember there will always be someone like you doggin' your ass to get their share of what you have 'cause it's your duty to share it, you owe it to them.

It isn't about sharing; its about paying their fair share. It's about legislation that doesn't unfairly place the burden upon the middle class, but fairly upon all.

Today, as the middle class shrinks each and every day, the traditional load bearers shrink. That shouldn't mean that those who remain bear the brunt of the load. It should mean that others help shoulder a portion of it. A fair portion.

Instead, we see the propaganda machine of the 1% hard at work, brainwashing the sheep.

And the sheep continue to eat it up despite overwhelming observable evidence of the fallacy.

Where is it written that the rich should pay more just because they are rich?  Do you really think the middle class will escape without an increase in their taxes?  Closing the loopholes would help but not the mortgage exemption or charitable exemption because those would hurt the middle class and charities.  And I ask again....Do you really think congress going to do something which will have an impact on them?  If they do raise the tax there will be another loophole somewhere to make the increase a moot point and you will then hear how that just wasn't enough to cover the deficit alone so everyone is going to have to pitch in and before ya know it someone who only earns $12k pr yr will be paying taxes.  What is wrong with cutting spending?  Those green jobs are costing a fortune and gaining nothing.  Solar panels failed in the late 70's and early 80's because they didn't work why would they work any better now?

What is the fair share?

The top 1% already pay approx. 40% of all the federal income taxes....

Where do you draw the line?

I think HH what they are failing to understand and we keep not saying is they are paying more on their reported income than those in the middle class but the loopholes allows them the opportunity to hide income therefore they are paying on only a portion of their actual income.  If you raise the taxes on them they will just hide more so what needs to be done is close some of the loopholes without closing the ones that also help small business and middle income people.  Congress is not going to do that because it would hurt too many of them and that includes both parties.  This discussion is actually fruitless because it is all going to fall on the backs of the average tax payer in the end any way it goes.

The average Joe can't take someone out for an expensive dinner somewhere and mention household repairs, call it a business meeting and deduct it, but a business man can take someone out for a night on the town, mention something business related and deduct all or a huge portion of the expenses or take the family and a couple of friends on a vacation, mention or do one small business related thing and deduct it as a business expense......Loop holes.  Therefore raising taxes on the rich won't do that much good in the end and will only make it harder on the average Joe because government spending will continue as though that money was going to actually be coming in....it won't.  Hey middle income man...we have to have more money from you will be the next cry.....
