I hope none of you people of the Zone aren't flying today.  The Republican head of the FAA.   Is cutting the budget for safety in the airline industry, cutting new safety construction and laying off scientist, computer researchers and all safety items.

Good Luck,  :para:  You can see what coming with the Republican/Tea Party way of life for the ordinary people in America who do not own private jet air liners.

I wonder if we could get Henery and "ME" to take a long plane ride where there would be a lot of take offs and landings.

TALK ABOUT BALLS OR THE LACK OF BALLS!

Rabid Tea Party congressman Joe Walsh a first term congressman from Illinois has been on every news show, every night.  He says that he will not vote for an tax raise on the American (rich and corporations) people.  He says that we need to cut the spending and cut the defict.  That we are spending our children's money.  NO NEW TAXES.

Well he not spending any of his children's money, because they don't have any.  He was divorced from his wife and three kids 9 years ago.  His wife has been after him for 9 years to pay child support.

Guess what, he owed $117,437 for 9 years of back children support.  This man is truly a Tea Bagger dick.

Which is worse propositioning  a legal 18 year old or not paying for your three kids to the total cost of $117,437.

He should resign his seat in the house.  :flap:  :flap:  :flap:

first of all, there is NO PROOF to your claim as of right now...it is all speculation.  Walsh is denying it and says it is nothing but a hit piece...in which I could believe right now with the politics being as they are.....

IF, it is true and he tried to escape his responsibilities....then I can careless about him....fire him!

More lies...even his attorneys acknowledge that he is behind but dispute that the amount is that large and claim that he is no further behind than many persons who have had financial difficulties in the past.  The fact of the matter is that whatever the amount, he's behind in his child support payments.  Probably not the guy who should be spouting rhetoric about the U.S.'s obligations when he can't even meet his own.
Arguing with Christians is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good I am at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, shit on the board and strut around like it's victorious.

The truth is slow, but relentless. Over time it becomes irresistible.

And the party of NO does it again, this time in the senate; filibustering to avoid a vote taking place on the bill in the senate!

Along with those receiving SS and other government funded benefits, our military members are now at risk of not being paid as well. (Just how long do you think your crusade for oil will last once this entirely volunteer military doesn't get paid?)

These fuckers just do NOT care! They are purposely inflicting pain upon the common population in the hope of inspiring those on the edge to do something horrible!

Which party deserves more blame for the U.S. debt-ceiling standoff?

Republicans   56% (120495)
No difference 26% (56702)
Democrats    18%  (39720)

Total votes: 216917

Now, which party do you think stands to take the biggest hit come 2012?

It's the last thing a beaten, bruised and frightened woman needs to hear when she calls a shelter, the refuge of last resort.

"We can't help you right now."
. . .

THIS is the kind of thing that is going to break this country if the conservatives are allowed to continue their evil campaign in this nation!

They've somehow forgotten that the least of this nations population are only alive because of the philanthropic nature that is the history of this nation. They ignore the fact that this portion of our population is now growing in number; exacerbated but the flight of industry from our shores and the unemployment it is driving.

I personally know families in which BOTH parents hold advanced degrees, and years of professional experience, and BOTH parents have been unemployed for going on 12 months right now! They cannot afford to move out of state, because doing so would mean a default on their mortgage; yet they are in such dire financial straights that they may very well lose their homes despite this!

Such financial difficulties, (increasingly the norm today), are driving domestic hostilities to record levels in this country, and increasingly those desperate to get out of the situations find themselves without resources to do so. Depending upon relatives to provide financial assistance is also becoming hard, since in many cases even the extended family find themselves in similar circumstances.

In the story above, one woman and her children are right now, living in the car because they cannot go back "home", and the women's shelters are already over capacity!

How long before we read/hear about entire families forced into the same or similar situations, dying in this sweltering heat, and in the coming cold? And how many have to die before the conservatives in this country realize that they are killing people with their political posturing and purposeful delaying of desperately needed legislation?

How long before that Monte Python skit, "Bring Out Yer Dead" becomes a commonplace situation in this country? IS that what it is going to take?

These women's shelters depend upon federal funding and the philanthropical contributions of private citizens to continue to provide a desperately needed service to the women and children of this nation. And with companies leaving/closing, and the rich holding onto their money until that old eagle grins, the outlook for these women and children is only going to get worse. . .  :'(

Go ahead. . . shut down the government. But you had best keep a few heavy equipment operators on the payroll, because we're going to need them to dig the trenches required to bury the bodies!

Well, Henery, Me and there every your stupid ass is Nightsquawk, are you happy.  The deficit has been solved and we didn't go into default.

Just think the Super Rich and the Corporations have won.  They don't have to pay anything to put this country back in the BLACK and out of debt.

Cantor :eyes: said that the Tea Party won.  We now have the best congress that money can buy.  I am quite sure that you're happy, this is Predatory Capitalism at it's finest.  I just can't see how cutting spending, laying off people and cutting budgets, in education and help to the poor and unemployed, but Deficit Hawk and "ME" seem to know how it is.

You're right and the rest of us will put our legs over our shoulders and kiss our ass goodbye. :azz:
