I stopped wasting my time trying to educate Andertuckians years ago.

If nothing else at least these guys are predictable.

Yes, I am predictably not going to be baited into wasting my valuable time explaining the obvious to those who choose to remain willfully ignorant.
Arguing with Christians is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good I am at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, shit on the board and strut around like it's victorious.

The truth is slow, but relentless. Over time it becomes irresistible.

No, you backed yourself into an indefensible position and now trying wiggle your way out.

Uh, no; I simply refuse to jump through hoops for the cheap seats.

Simply amazing. When ANY liberal here is tasked with backing up a statement they make will retreat claiming 'they don't have to teach us poor dimwits anything'. Or worse, get completely pissed and run away.

They are simply too childish to admit when they are wrong.

Just about every time I have called someone here out on a comment they have made I get this same treatment. Ironic that I am accused of not standing up for my beliefs.

However I will have to thank Exterminator for evading my question or I may never have found this:

http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2011/may/19/nancy-pelosi/nancy-pelosi-posts-questionable-chart-debt-accumul/

That page points out the errors of the chart that was posted and the folly in using percentages in this way.

We were tasked to check the 'facts' of the chart. Well I did and the 'facts' prove the chart wrong.

What say you now libs??

Exterminator

Even after all of that, the Republicans still seem to increase the national debt more than the dems...really the only point I was making.  Now you should check some of the other "facts" you spew on this forum against the same website and see how you fare.

I never disputed the fact that republicans raised the debt. I disputed the amount represented in the chart that Obama raised the debt and the format in which it was presented.

You, in turn, told me that my argument was invalid and then proceeded to evade backing up your claim.

If Barry, heaven forbid, stays in office for 8 years at the rate he has been spending, our debt will be almost $21 Trillion. An increase of about $10.5 Trillion. A far cry from Bush's less than $4 Trillion increase. Granted, this cannot happen by law at this time but the prospects are scary and things need to change.

As for what I post, prove any of it wrong.

Can you believe it.  The Republicans are so hard up for a candidate they are trying to raise from the ashes, the Phoenix Jeb Bush.  How in hell can we stand another Bush.  But we have three who would vote for him. :jester:

Oh, one more thing Chrysler paid back $6 Billion, they got from the government.  Just think the Republicans would have let our American car companies go under.  They're just plain stupid and General Motors is the world largest makers of cars.  Bar none and no matter how much the Goat Sucker hates GM, his wishes didn't come true.  :rotfl:  :rotfl:  :rotfl:

BUY AMERICAN AND BE AN AMERICAN! :4th3:

LIAR!!!! Show me ANYWHERE that I said I wished that GM would go under.

And, GM is NOT the world's largest automaker YET. They won't be until the numbers come out next year. As it stands right now, Toyota still holds that title. Volkswagon is on pace to possibly beat them both.

:fireworks:  :fireworks:  :fireworks:  :yeah:  DEMOCRATS WIN  :yeah:  :fireworks: :fireworks:  :fireworks:

Kathy Hochul, Democrat was elected to congress tonight.  She was the first Democrat to be ever elected to congress from New York district 26 in the history of the state.  Good luck and good job Kathy.

How about that "TEAM GOAT SUCKER"  The old Night Jar team didn't win.  Ole Mosquito Hawk, Henery the Hawk and "me" ole Honey Dip.  People do want Social Security, Medicare and Medicade.   I want you people to keep wanting the Ryan budget.

And this crap just keeps getting better and better. It seems that Chrysler is not really paying back the debt with their own money. It is actually taxpayer money, funneled through Fiat, to pay back taxpayer money.

From the end of the article:

So, to recap, the Obama Energy Department is loaning a foreign car company $3.5 billion so that it can pay the Treasury Department $7.6 billion even though American taxpayers spent $13 billion to save an American car company that is currently only worth $5 billion.

They paid back $6 Billion to the government for the loan.  To quote you own words. "It was their own money, THEY DID PAY IT BACK." When you talked about your savior Newt Gingrich $550 loan."   You and your ILK would have let them go under.   How about that Ole Great Predatory Capitalist, Goat Sucker (an other name for the Nighthawk).  :grin2: :jester:

Your hate for GM, Chrysler and unions, the UAW who you said just sat there going nothing when you talked to GM and the UAW about your dad (a UAW member) on his last days.

Your hate is so great it is blinding all of your reasoning power.  But a contract is a contract.  How about all of those union benefits like the Blue Cross, Blue Shield, and the union drug plan your father receive from those old nasty union BOSSES in the UAW that milked and shook down your father out of 1 hour's pay a month.  You need a shrink. :jester:  Get over yourself.  Your are defiantly not that great, baby boy.

Again you lie. I NEVER said I hate GM or Chrysler. Unions, yes. I just get tired of you and your ilk spinning all the bullshit to make your messiah look like a messiah when all him and his cronies are doing is spending this country into oblivion.

Comprehension is apparently NOT one of your strong suits. FIAT borrowed 3.5 billion from the US DOE in order to pay down the bailout debt to below 4 billion. This in turn allowed them to buy 16% more interest in Chrysler. So that 3.5 billion in tax payer money went to back to Chrysler to repay a loan of taxpayer money. The remainder was obtained by Fiat/Chrysler through loans from private banks.

While they may have payed 7.5 billion back to the US and Canada, they are still in debt for the same amount except now it is owed to the DOE and private banks.

In reality, nothing changed they just shuffled their debt around.

Who care what they borrowed and from who or what they borrowed.  Numb Nuts the one who still caught in his Never, Never Land.  They paid back the money Obama loaned them.  Notice that I say borrowed.

How about you getting the banks and the stock market to pay back the money George W. gave them.  Why don't you research your Republican bloggs for this.    Do you suppose that we could hire George W. as the debt collector.
