Nothing I read in those court documents indicates that she used any words, "the 12 year old girl was ASKING for it because all 12 year olds do," or anything along those lines.

Save your breath Locutus   :lipsrsealed2:  Baby Parker in a ultra left wing Liberal.     She has brain washed herself to be a Hillary hater.     She wouldn't under stand or know what the truth was if it kicked her in her big fat ass.   :kick: :choo: :choo: :choo:

He psychologist SHE used said that girls her age were prone to fantasies about older men.  Your interpretation of that?

That would give you comfort if it were true.  I know I don't like neoliberals. Bush W was a neoliberal and I never cared for him, either.  The fact that you do is to wonder about the future of the democratic party.

I'm out right now, but wasn't that psychologist court appointed?

I did some google searches on the case and it seems that it was court appointed.  What is also astounding that in 2008, according to heavy.com, Kathy Shelton who was 12 when raped stated she held no ill will towards Hillary but then in 2016 she changed her mind. Most psychologists are usually court appointed, I believe are either requested by the prosecutor or public defender or even the judge especially when children are involved and even sometimes requested by social workers or CASA workers.

I think those original court documents show that it was a court appointed psychologist.

Why do the libs always mention the blacks since there are poor white people too?

Because even the poorest whites still benefit from white privilege.  They will never be racially profiled; it is highly unlikely that they will become victims of an ill-advised stop and frisk policy; they will never be denied access into the country because of their Christian religion; the will never face any threat of deportation; they are far less likely to become the victims of unwarranted police violence; they are not more likely to receive a lengthier prison sentence for the same crime because of the color of their skin...the list goes on and on.
Arguing with Christians is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good I am at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, shit on the board and strut around like it's victorious.

The truth is slow, but relentless. Over time it becomes irresistible.

Exactly.  The case that was made said no such thing but did infer that she wasn't telling the truth about having been raped at all.

It was one Clinton chose to have, so maybe the Prosecutor's office has their own.

Let me show you what neoliberals believe...that'll help.

QuoteThe main points of neo-liberalism include:

THE RULE OF THE MARKET. Liberating "free" enterprise or private enterprise from any bonds imposed by the government (the state) no matter how much social damage this causes. Greater openness to international trade and investment, as in NAFTA. Reduce wages by de-unionizing workers and eliminating workers' rights that had been won over many years of struggle. No more price controls. All in all, total freedom of movement for capital, goods and services. To convince us this is good for us, they say "an unregulated market is the best way to increase economic growth, which will ultimately benefit everyone." It's like Reagan's "supply-side" and "trickle-down" economics -- but somehow the wealth didn't trickle down very much.

CUTTING PUBLIC EXPENDITURE FOR SOCIAL SERVICES like education and health care. REDUCING THE SAFETY-NET FOR THE POOR, and even maintenance of roads, bridges, water supply -- again in the name of reducing government's role. Of course, they don't oppose government subsidies and tax benefits for business.

DEREGULATION. Reduce government regulation of everything that could diminsh profits, including protecting the environmentand safety on the job.

PRIVATIZATION. Sell state-owned enterprises, goods and services to private investors. This includes banks, key industries, railroads, toll highways, electricity, schools, hospitals and even fresh water. Although usually done in the name of greater efficiency, which is often needed, privatization has mainly had the effect of concentrating wealth even more in a few hands and making the public pay even more for its needs.

ELIMINATING THE CONCEPT OF "THE PUBLIC GOOD" or "COMMUNITY" and replacing it with "individual responsibility." Pressuring the poorest people in a society to find solutions to their lack of health care, education and social security all by themselves -- then blaming them, if they fail, as "lazy."

Does this help?

I think when the psychologist called says that girls that age often had fantasies about older men, that the language was implied.  It was definitely a case of rape.

Not to anyone with a reasonable command of the language, it wasn't.

"You've probably noticed that opinion pollsters go out of their way to include as many morons as possible in surveys ... I think it's dangerous to inform morons about what their fellow morons are thinking. It only reinforces their opinions. And the one thing worse than a moron with an opinion is lots of them." -- Scott Adams

"It is difficult to get a man to understand something when his salary depends upon his not understanding it." -- Upton Sinclair

"Hitler is gone, but if the majority of our fellow citizens are more susceptible to the slogans of fear and race hatred than to those of peaceful accommodation and mutual respect among human beings, our political liberties remain at the mercy of any eloquent and unscrupulous demagogue." -- S.
