No rational person could come to the conclusion that your interpretation of the First Amendment is what was intended by the Founding Fathers.  When one person has the means to amplify his voice to the extent that it drowns out those of 99 others, he has effectively denied them their freedom to speak.

So you think our Founding Fathers believe we should have "limited" rights when it comes to the First Amendment? 

I totally get what you are saying, I just think it is wrong for Congress to determine where to draw that line....because then THAT becomes political.

Why did we bail out General Motors if they are not people?  If they were just a corporation and not people?

  You're only seeing it from the SCAB side.  GM signed the agreements,  They were dealing with uneducated, no college workers who worked themselves up to leadership union.  GM had all of those college educated high powered, smart labor contract lawyers.  And you want to blame the UAW for GM's fuckup.

  What gets me you want the blame the UAW for GM decisions.  You want to blame the unions, the Democratic Party, the working people who want a living wages for all of the jobs moving overseas.  The Corporations and the business are the ones who wanted to increase the bottom line and they didn't care how they got it, the god damn fucking greedy Republicans.   George H (42) bush and his NAFTA, the sucking sound of jobs leaving America.
