I think the CBS video is just a liberal HIT piece....It uses Germany as the European Standard, and NOT Spain or Greece.  Such as using Germany's uneployement rate instead of Spain or Greece, which is around 20%.  They (Europe) have a mess on their hands, because of the socialistic form of governing is NOT working, or at a minimum, has its share of troubles also.....The European concept of taxing is what the GOP fears the most...

I will agree the GOP candidates IS using it as a talking point to strike some fear into voters in the same fashion as democrats saying the GOP wants old people to die and they are going to ruin SS.  Political BS on both parts.

I think overall, Germany has many admirable things going on over there.....mostly because of its conservative values.  But their Healthcare is financially struggling...

  It's is really suprising when you watch the Discovery channel and see shows on England, Denmark, Sweden, Greenland, France, Germany, Norway and more and you see how healthy the people look, how clean they look and how well they are dressed.

  How beautiful the cities, building and street are.   Now new the cars look and all the parks, churches, public transportation is, roads and all of them have socialized medicine.  It is sure different from what the Republican Party says it is. 

  You sure got it right Ex how the Republican Party and the super rich feed the lies and out right distrotions to the Sheeple.   Plus how the Sheeple swallow it hook line and sinker.  They seem gut hooked. (cant' get off the hook)

I'm sure I am not the world traveling extraordinaire such as yourself, but I DO know that European tax rates range from 59.6% to 83%...including the VAT taxes....and THAT is what most of the GOP is concerned about when it comes to comparing our two countries.....SURE they have many social programs....but most of those are running into trouble now many european contries.

  If high taxes where so inportant to the European people the would be coming here in droves.  Running over each other to get here.  A lot of European countries are in trouble because of the stock marketeers and the banksters that George W. and the Republican Party turned loose on them.  Try again Henry.  You're just like a drowning man clutching for a straw to save himself. 

  I must say every day and in every way the Tea Party and the Republican party are killing themselves.  Keep up the good work and Obama and the Democrats will win by a landslide this coming November in the House and the Senate. 

  I want Newt to stay in the election process and Rick Santorum to win the nomination.  I would love for Rick to win, he's such good people.
