What part of there is no cost to the government don't you understand?  There is a cost to the government for national parks and therein lies the difference.  That monument did not have to be closed.

The National Park Service is now no cost to the government.  Really?  Are you that fucking stupid?

Yes, tied to defunding the ACA.  In case you also missed it, Boehner has the votes to pass a clean bill.  He's just not letting it come to a vote. 

The Tea Party assholes are holding the government (and millions of people) hostage because they don't like the ACA which is the law of the land, has been settled by the Supreme Court, and has been supported by the American people in that little national referendum we had last November called an election.

They asked that it be delayed a year to work out some kinks in case you missed it.  They knew they couldn't get it defunded.  It is Reid who won't bring bills up to vote on.  Also Obama has stated he will not negotiate and will not sign any bill but the original as presented.  It's his way or the highway.....They're saying give us what we want and to hell with anything you suggest and until you give us what we want we'll just send it all back and blame things on you 'cause you won't work with us.  That is called bullying not working with someone to negotiate.

Why else do they procrastinate and then when they finally send a bill, it is loaded with PORK and sour grapes that they know without a doubt will be stripped out of the bill and sent back to them?

Why else does the jackwagon calling himself the speaker of the house, refuse to let the stripped out version of the bill come to vote? Especially when he KNOWS there are enough votes to pass it?

These pompous, arrogant, morons, otherwise known as conservative republicans, are fooling themselves if they think this is gaining them anything but anger and frustration; both of which will play a major role in their being kicked to the curb come mid-term elections.

It is paid for by private funds unlike the National Parks and requires no one for people to walk up and look at it.  To go inside if it's that type of monument, yes maybe, but it's still paid by private funds.  There is a huge difference.  I understand National parks being closed because they use government funding to pay for everything.  This about cutting governmental costs and something that's privately funded wouldn't/shouldn't even enter into the factor.

You seem to keep forgetting it was passed unanimously in the house which includes the liberals.  Obama won't even negotiate and you can't talk with someone who won't listen or even consider what you are saying but instead says NO it has to be my way or no way.
