  The big joke is about over.  Sarah Palin time is coming and it's come fast.  I sure hope she has banked some money back.  If she doesn't she will be using food stamps and eating moose, caribou and maybe some bear, maybe a little salmon.

You know what galls me about Palin and people like her? The fact that they make statements like, "The majority of the American people want..."

First, I seriously doubt they know or care what the "majority" of the American people want. I don't doubt that they believe that they do. It must be comforting to believe that a "majority" of the American people think...just. Like. You. But not very realistic. At anyrate, that brings me to my second point. Even if we pretend that someone is completely aware of what a "majority" of the American people want, why would anyone assume that what the American people want is going to actually be good for the country as a whole?

Oh, you mean we're too stupid to know what's good or not like the people in Germany were or Russia, Venezuela, and China so the government has to tell us an take care of us.  Good idea.... :rolleyes:

Ah, but it wasn't directed at anyone in particular and I was not saying anyone was it was a question asked of someone not a statement.  Asking if you think someone is stupid is not calling someone stupid.
